Title: C.T. and E.B.
I see them, sitting there
One girl and one boy.
His hand in hers, her hand in his
Their love is not a ploy.
My sister is the girl
And I begin to think,
They met in high school
I was a child, on the brink.
But see! They're still together
And my sister's twenty-one,
They live now miles away
Yet they visit eachother often.
I confess that I am jealous
but wouldn't you be too?
If you had yet to go on a date
Or kiss a guy you knew?
I'm happy that they're happy
And I'm glad their love is real,
perhaps, someday I'll fall in love
and I'll know how they feel.
